Free Inspections

As homeowners in Iowa, we pay more for our insurance because of the amount of intense storms that our state sees. Because of this, it makes sense to have your home inspected.  Storms happen! They can happen unexpectedly, while we are away, sleeping, and so on. If your home hasn't been inspected in last 12 months, we would strongly suggest having an inspection.  We don't charge for our inspections. In return, we ask that if we find storm damage and insurance approves the claim based on our findings, we get the work.
